AP: Conflict in Ukraine boosted demand for fake inflatable weapons
MOSCOW, March 6 – RIA Novosti. The conflict in Ukraine has led to an increase in the demand for fake inflatable weapons, reports the Associated Press, citing the Czech manufacturer of decoy military targets Inflatech.
The war in Ukraine has sparked a surge in demand… for inflatable fake weapons that can be used as decoys.
It is noted that Inflatech produces inflatable versions of tanks, armored personnel carriers, aircraft, howitzers, as well as Himars systems. In turn, the company’s CEO did not confirm that its products are used by Ukrainian troops.
“I can imagine that if we want to help a partner country in trouble, we will send them inflatable baits. Or they already have them, and if not, they will definitely have them,” he added.
According to media reports, the Czech government approves the export of the company.
