Namcor Furthers Service Station Expansion in Namibia



The National Petroleum Corporation of Namibia (Namcor) has announced the opening of two service stations that will serve the community of Rundu.

Both sites are positioned to serve approximately 63,400 residents’ fueling needs. One of the outlets will serve residents of both Kehemu and Kaisosi while the other will cater to residents of the Sauyemwa region. Both sites boast convenience stores, with the latter one having a sitting area inside the store.

“Namcor endeavors to expand its retail network to strategic places around the country, thereby offering an alternative choice to consumers as well as contributing to the growth of the local economies of our various cities, towns and villages,” said Olivia Dunaiski, Executive Sales & Marketing Manager at Namcor.

To date, Namcor has a total of 15 service stations across the country and has embarked on an expansion strategy to open more forecourts. Several sites that are currently under construction with their completion set to be later in the year.
